Why XEQ stop working when runs in the background?
Some vendors, to save the battery, kills all the apps in the background as default.
At the first run the XEQ requires to accept some permissions like: background executions, battery optimizations and Notification permission. These prevent that the apps is killed in the background
Follow these settings to fix the issue.
How to restore the purchased item?
1 – Open the Google Play Store App, and check the account that you’re logged in. Must be the same that made the purchase.
2 – Make sure that your purchase is present in the Google Play Store.
3 – Open XEQ and Tap the “Get pro version” buttonTap on “Restore Purchase“
If this not solve try to delete the cache and the data of the Google Play Store App and repeat the described steps.

Can I install other equalization apps?
The equalization apps are incompatible between them. Uninstall all the other apps and reboot the device and test again.
Why XEQ was working but now no?
Try to Reset XEQ to the default Values.
Open the Xeq Menù and press the (last) option, RESET TO DEFAULT.
How can I close XEQ?
The only way to close XEQ is to open it, press on the menù button (three dots on the navigation bar), and press Exit.
LDAC and aptX Bluetooth protocols are compatible with XEQ?
Yes, but it is necessary to enable Audio Compatibility mode, especially with Google Pixel devices. Contact us for more details.
Dolby Atmos is compatible with XEQ?
his feature is not present in all devices, disabling it improves audio fidelity. You can find this option in the Audio settings of your device. This choice is personal but we recommend trying without it.
